3. Automated AI Processing & Data Deletion Policy

  • Transient File Parsing: To dynamically generate accurate customer quotations, we securely route incoming unstructured documents (such as PDF attachment specifications) to our specialized infrastructure processor, LlamaIndex Inc. (USA).
  • Strict Retention & Zero Training: Data shared with our parsing pipeline is used solely to extract structural details for your quote. Files are cached for a maximum of 48 hours to ensure system processing continuity and are thereafter permanently deleted from the infrastructure servers. Your PII is never used or retained for artificial intelligence model training.
  • Local Language Model Synthesis: The clean text output returned from our infrastructure pipeline is compiled locally within our private network infrastructure via a locally hosted Large Language Model (LLM) to complete client profiling and system automation safely.

4. Payment Information

For your peace of mind, we do not collect or store your credit or debit card details. All payment transactions are handled securely by our trusted third-party Payment Gateway partners.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information. We only share data in the following cases:

  • Logistics Partners: Your name, contact telephone number, and physical street address are shared directly with our logistics partner, The Courier Guy, to fulfill door-to-door deliveries.
  • Service Providers & Infrastructure Tools: Partners who assist in operating our website, processing payments, or delivering infrastructure tools used for customer support and quotation indexing (such as LlamaIndex).
  • Outreach Platforms: Tools used for customer support and marketing via email, SMS, or instant messaging services.
  • Cross-Border Transfers: We may transfer your personal information to servers located outside of South Africa. We ensure these recipients are subject to laws or agreements that provide an adequate level of data protection.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we take immediate steps to remove it.
